I couldn't resist this crochet pattern from lalylala.com, but I thought it might be a bit complicated for a newbie. I'm always up for a challenge though, so gave it a go and was really pleased with the results.
I also had a go at making a 'moon gazing' needle felted hare. It was hard to get a decent photo of him, but I think you can get the gist.
My next project is a crocheted blanket. I'm on row 50 of 180, so it might be a while before you see a photo!
OMG I love Bina. Its brilliant. Well done on the knitting too. Harley reminds me of the rabbits in Watership Down. Soooooo cute.
ReplyDeleteI'm with Karen OMG gorgeous - well done :)
ReplyDeleteWell done. You are just so talented and as I said to you, you are a natural with crochet. Love your rabbit, gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteYour moon-gzing hare just tugs at my heart ... Lovely! Row 50? I don't think it is going to take you very long at all, Michele! Can I bet it will be done before the New Year?
ReplyDeleteAww the little fella is too darned cute :) I'm impressed with your crochet skills. And the felted Hare looks great fun. I'm sure you have plenty of online resources already but I can recommend a blog by a guy who crochets. He has a great taste in bright colours plus there are free crochet patterns too. http://accordingtomatt.blogspot.co.uk Have a very Happy New Year. Paul xx
