Play Day

Last week, Karen and I decided to have a play day, with the intention of doing a project we had seen in Craft Stamper, using Paper Artsy stamps. Karen's turned out beautifully, but me being me, I didn't like mine, so I painted over it all, before heading home! Finally after a week of 'faffing about', I decided to use SU stamps (with the exception of the LOTV sentiment stamp), coloured with SU markers and SU 'Every Day Enchantment' papers and turn it into a present for Mother's Day. The central picture was heavily inspired by a sample in a SU leaflet.

  1. Funny how we can set out on one path and end up on a totally different one. This is gorgeous and all your own. Fabulous.xx

  3. Really pretty with a distinct vintage feel - I don't know what the original was like but with your high standards, it can't have been awful! This is going to make someone happy this year!

  4. Beautiful creation Michele, it has a stylish Cath Kidston look to it which is extremely popular at the moment, as you are probably aware. The recipient will adore it. Love all those butterflies. They add to the overall elegance. Px
