Play Date Cafe Challenge 29

Sarah's colour choice, this week, at the Play Date Cafe. I finally got around to using the huge Elusive Images butterfly, from their 'Patchwork Butterfly' plate, that I bought several months ago. I coloured the butterfly with Derwent Colour Soft pencils and then cut it out - I can't believe I didn't snip the antennae off! The background was creating using Adirondack Citrus ink and then various stamps from Laxmi Designs. The leaf around the edge is also from Laxmi. The sentiment stamp was from the same Elusive Images plate as the butterfly.

  1. Ooh, I love this. I found it so difficult to work with these colours and mine looks so garish compared to yours - certainly challenged me, lol!
