Real World Colour

This one was really hard. I didn't really have any photos to go with the colour scheme we were given and I'm not keen on the sketch, but I'm quite happy with the finished LO (although I must confess to cheating, by changing the colour of my T shirt on photoshop!)

Design Your Life - Week 6

This week's lesson was about 'unity'. We learnt how proximity, repetition and continuation of elements helped to achieve the feeling of a unified LO. I had a lovely day on Friday, I got together with three friends, who are also doing the course - it was really helpful to be able to 'bounce' ideas off each other. I got two assignments finished, which just leaves the 'real world colour' assignment to do.

More Design Your Life

As usual, we were given a sketch to follow and for this one, we were also given the journalling block with 'In the month of......., we:' pre printed. Again, I have gone a few years back and have used pictures of our Westie, Daisy, when she was 8 weeks old.

Spoon full of Sugar - Challenge 23

This week's challenge was to use sparkle and bling on your card. I have stamped a Hero Arts snowflake background, covered it with double sided adhesive and then added glitter. The stamp is Penny Black's 'Snow Hut' and the sentiment is from Stamping Up.

Papertake - Dawny's Sketch no:1

This is my card for this week's Papertake challenge. I have used Penny Black's 'Royal Mail' stamp, coloured with Prismacolors and a Hero Arts sentiment stamp. The PPs are Cosmo Cricket 'Mr Campy'.
